© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Radovan, Zev, 1992
The three leveled silver Torah crown consists of a main part, a crest and an apex. Each level is composed of a base and arms. The lower level as the main part, has a coronet like base, composed of three circumferal bands. The lower band is a strip of foliate scrolls. It is surmounted by a smooth band decorated with a pattern of alternating birds and arch-like scrolls. The scrolls are inhabited with a pair of birds. The upper wavy band bears a pattern of alternating deer and a rose. Six twisted arms emerge from each rose and joined together on top by a smooth concave unit. Each arm is composed of twisted wire decorated with flowers and leavs and is surmounted by a rampant sqirrel from which hang a bell, that stands on the concave unit. The wavy lower rim of the concave unit is decorated with a pattern of filligree flowers with coloured stons in the centre. A two leveled crest is mounted over a concave unit. Six arms in the shape of rampant lions emerge from a ring shape base to support the ring base of the upper crown. The circular arms of the upper crown are joined together on top by a dome decorated with filligree flowers and coloured stons. A pattern of small circles decorats the arms and the dome's base from which hang between the arms swing like loops. On each loop stands a bird with a bell around its nack. A bud shape apex is mounted over the dome.
