The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with semicircular arch. It is decorated as an architetural facade of Torah Ark. In the center there is a Torah Ark following the shape of the shield, with two opening doors, containing inside it a Torah scroll and two staves. The doors are decorated with a pattern of rhombuses and circles and a handle is attached to the left door. Above the ark is a crown like leaf from which hang two wine scrolls with a cluster of grapes, flanking each side of the ark. Two columns are located on both sides of the shield, decorated with flowers and bands with the pattern seen on the doors. Each column is surmounted by a crown-like capital. Above the columns are two rampant deers, facing each other, that flanke the central leaf. Below the Torah ark is a cartouche bears an inscriptin with a date and it continues with a dedicatory inscription on a band attached to the lower part of the shield. Inscribed in square filed letters it reads:

"שנת תרל"ו" "זנ")זו נדבת( חיים לייב ב")בן( זאב ז")זוגתו( דוואסי ב")בת( שלמה".

"The year (5)636 (1876)" "This is a donation of Haim Leib son of Zeev (and) his wife Dvosi daugter of Solomon".
