  Torah Mantle donated by Rosa and Samuel Breyer, 1908

The dark red Torah mantle is made of velvet.

The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. The cloth bears an embroidery decoration of a wreath encircling a dedicatory inscription. A Torah crown  appears above the wreath flanked by an inscription which reads: "כ   ת" "Crown of   Torah (int.)"

The cloth bears decoration of embroidered stars. The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in filled letters and reads:
" געשפענדעט ##פאן ##ראזא אונד ##סאמואל ברייער ##יאסקא ##ת'ר'ס'ח לפק "
"Donated by ##Raza and ##Samuel Breyer ##Jaska ##(5)668=(1908)"
