20 Description The cylindrical cup has a lid and a handle. The wide base tapers upwards and bears a strip with a diamond and dot pattern. The body of the cup bears depictions of three putti figures. The putti all have curly hair, and surmount a branch that splits in two and turns outwards and then curls in at the edges. The eyes of two putti look down and the third is looking up. Their arms resemble foliate branches and are turned up. In between the putti are platters with fruit, branches emerge from the center split in two and turn outward and then curl in at the edges. The lid has a flat rim and a domed top covered with foliate scrolls. It is surmounted by an urn shaped apex. The ear shaped handle has a torso in the center surmounting a bearded face with ram horns, the bottom of the handle has bird claws.
