:NO : Sc.14402
:HS : There are two hallmarks on the object. 1. The hallmark depicts the cypher 13 in a circle flanked by the cyphers 1860 in an arched frame. This is a Austro Hungarian authority mark used between 1816-1861. cf Tardy p.398. 2. The hallmark depicts two unclear initials (JK?)in a rectangular frame with cut edges. This is an unidentified mark probably of the artist.
