This book contains the prayers for the Holiday of Hosha'ahan Raba. The owner has bound it with a book of the Chumash, that of Devarim, which is the text read during the Torah service for the Holiday. These printed pages of Devarim are from the famous 1726 edition of the The volume was printed by AVraham ben Raphael Chezchiyahu, a printer active in Amsterdam between 1728 - 1741. On the reverse of the title page are approbations which mention the community of Honendal in The Netherlands, for whom this book was apparently especially printed.
