The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch.

A panel, identical in shape is depicted in the centre bearing a dedicatory inscription. It is written in linear square letters and reads:

ז"נ [זאת נדבת] הרר [הרב רבי] שמעלקה בעד ביתו הילדה רחל יי' [יאריך ימים] יגדל לחופה למעשים טובים שנת תקל"ב לפק

"This is the donation of Rabbi Shmelke for his daughter the child Raсhel shall she live long and grow for marriage and good deeds the year 1772".

The central panel is surrounded by a framed pattern composed by interlaced foliate and geometrical scrolls. The Torah shield is surrounded by an internal raised line with flat and blank edges.

A panel, identical in shape is depicted in the centre bearing a dedicatory inscription. It is written in linear square letters and reads:
