19 Remarks
20 Description There is a row of four masks in the upper part of the drawing and one more mask in the lower right corner. These are rather faces than masks, though they are detached from bodies and have dark eye-sockets. The mask in the upper left is the most mask-like one. It is round, with round eyes and straight mouth. However, there is a right arm with a raised sqeezed fist which is connected to the mask through some indistinct form which could be a body. The other three masks in the row are quite similar: they have an elongated face oval with heavy chin, bony cheeks, fleshy nose, small eyes and slightly smiling lips. There are white triangulars above the second and the righ masks and a rectangular above the third one resembling hats. The last mask, in the lower right, is put askew as though the head was thrown back. It bears an expression of suffering. The other parts of the drawing are filled with rag-like pieces.
