20 Description Scene of seated hunchback woman comprised of numerous facets of varying color, texture and decoration. The facets are juxtaposed against each other or form overlapping geometric shapes. She sits on the right of the canvas facing the viewer. She rests her chin on one hand, while the other hand rests on the armrest of her chair. The facets on the right which represent the chairback are painted in imitation of wood grain. Diagonal chair legs are discernible in the lower right corner. Her eyes peer to the right, her right eye half- closed.## The goat represented by fragments of its beard, snout eye and horns stands in the lower left corner looking at the woman. Curved fragments of furniture are depicted above it, in the upper left corner. The dominant colors of the composition are blue and yellowish brown, with some reds, greens, whites and violets. An inscription on the back of the canvas reads: "D.I.Ryback/ Die Alte/ New Winterfeld str.40/ Atelier"
