20 Description The round plate is decorated with Havdalah impliments surrounded by an inscription from the Havdala ceremony:(Ps. 116:13) )תהלים קטז:יג( A Magen^David separates the first and last words of the verse. In the center of the plate, which is slighly recessed, appears spice box flanked by a havdala candle on the left and a kiddush cup on the right. They are set against a pattern of rosebuds arranged linearly, as on wallpaper. Surrounding this central design is a circular band with a geometric design and on which appear the Yiddish words: "גוט וואך" "Good Week"

On the back side. The hallmark depicts a crown in the shape of a coronet atop the letter "H". Within the top half of the letter appear the letters "Ed"; within the bottom half, the letter "W".
Underneath appears the name, "Haberlander"and below that the words "Gesetzlich geschutz!" This is the mark of the Eduard Haberlander Porzellanfabrik, located in Windischeschenbach, Bavaria, Germany. They made household and decorative
porcelain between l913 and 1928. c.f. Rontgen p.56.

20 Description The round plate is decorated with Havdalah impliments surrounded by an inscription from the Havdala ceremony:(Ps. 116:13) )תהלים קטז:יג( A Magen^David separates the first and last words of the verse. In the center of the plate, which is slighly recessed, appears spice box flanked by a havdala candle on the left and a kiddush cup on the right. They are set against a pattern of rosebuds arranged linearly, as on wallpaper. Surrounding this central design is a circular band with a geometric design and on which appear the Yiddish words: "גוט וואך" "Good Week"
