The tas is made of silver. The plate is in the shape of a cartouche. It is decorated with two cylindrical columns, rising over pedestals. The column's capitals are surmounted by rampant lions looking forwards. They support a crown. Bellow the crown are five-and-five Tables of the Covenant. Bellow them is a rectangular bearing a dedicatory inscription. At the bottom is a cartouche framed on three sides by roses, and bearing a dedicatory inscription. The background of the plate is decorated by floral pattern and the borders bears rocailles. The inscription on the rectangular is engraved in outline letters, and reads:

The dedicatory inscription on the cartouche is engraved in outline letters, and reads: " Emlekere## 1957" " In her memory## 1957"
