20 Description An illustrated initial word panel opens a prayer of the Reading of the Shema prayers, before bedtime. The word בשם ה' "in the name of God", is written within a cartouche flanked by two angels, probably the angels Michael on the right and Gabriel on the left, as text illustrations for the text: מימיני מיכאל ומשמאלי גבריאל . Each of them is holding in one hand a ribbon while the other one is pointing to a faced sun in the top middle, which may representing the Divine spirit as mentioned in the text: ומעל ראשי שכינת אל.
