He has a golden dagger in a coloured belt around his waist. His head is turned slightly to the left. He has a small blond beard and a hooked nose. He has a sour look on his face. He wears a red and green turban. In his left hand he holds a sceptre, and in his right hand a rolled parchment with a red seal. On the upper left corner and on the lower right corner the sign clover is drawn in pencil.

To her right, in profile sits a monkey on a shelf, looking into a mirror. (The monkey is also seen twice.) She wears a headdress that covers her head and forehead, with two big round ear - pieces, that reach down to her shoulders. She has long black hair and blue eyes. Her hands lean on a red shelf and her fingers are crossed below her chin.On the right of the shelf there is a triangle, which is adorned with a yellow animal on black background. She wears bracelets on her hands. She wears a light blue and violet garment. On the left, in pencil, there is a sketch of the sign of a heart. There is an inscription in pencil in Hebrew : "to turn the monkey".

He is wearing a green garment with golden buttons, and a blue stripe down the middle, an orange robe and a piece of gold jewellery in the front. He has a purple belt with a colourful design around his waist, and a golden dagger is stuck in it. In his right hand he is holding a wooden stick with a black rope. In the centre of the page there is an inscription in Hebrew and in English, in pencil "Rustum".

The woman has blue eyes and black hair covered with a red scarf surrounded by a black rope. She is wearing a blue dress with embroidery on the chest, and a colourful belt with a golden dagger. Her left hand is resting on her waist. In the upper left corner there is a pencil sketch of a full female figure.
