The silver cylindrical coronet is divided into two parts: a base and an upper part. The flat base is decorated with a pattern of scrolls and flowers intermittently. The convexed upper part is decorated with a raw of pointed leaves. Three flowers and leaves on a stem are depicted within each of the pointed leaves. A pattern of two roquais facing an oval-shaped medallion radiating from a trifoil is depicted between the pointed leaves. The coronet has serrated edges which widens outwards and are decorated with a pattern of a conch and a pattern of a trefoil radiating from two roquais facing a medallion intermittently. A seperated plaque in a shape of a hand is inserted through a hook which is attached to the inner side of the coronet. The back of the hand depicts the Tables of Covenant which bear the opening words of the Decalogue topped by the words in square filled letters: "כתר תורה" "Keter Torah" (A Torah Crown) A band with two holes for the staves is attached across the lower part of the coronet by four other bands, two on each side.
