ואת המטה הזה תקח בידך אשר תעשה בו את האותות Illustrating (Exodus, 4:17) the bearded Moses and Aaron, wearing long coloured robes, standing before the throned Pharaoh in his court-yard. Moses is pointing with his left hand towards his rod that has just turned into a large green snake crawling on the floor. With his right hand Moses is pointing towards Pharaoh and his magicians that surround him. All are pointing at the snake. In the background is an arcade and behind it trees. |
