The tombstone is a rectangular stela topped by triangular part. The facade is divided into two parts. The top bears flowers and is framed by profiled double-lined band with vegetable pattern. The lower part bears an inscription framed by a semi-circular arch. The inscription, engraved in square raised relief letters on eight lines, reads: נטמנה אשה חשובה זלטה בת הרר דוד זצל שנפטרה ו ימים בחודש ניםן שנת תקח לפק תנצבה

Here lies an important woman Zlata daughter of the Rabbi David, the rightous of blessed memory, who passed away on 6 the month of Nisan the year (5)508 (1748). May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.
