20 Description The silver kiddush cup is cylindrical, widening outwards.##It is decorated with a wide band bearing a crest with a dedicatory inscription in square filled letters which reads: "זכור את ##יום השבת לקדשו")שמות כ, 8( "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" (Ex. 20;8).##The shield is flanked by gryphons facing out on either side, and is surrounded by foliate scrolls bearing flowers and leaves.
