A rectangular undecorated tombstone of 1929 is attached to a smaller tombstone in the form of tree/flower with Magen David at its top. The smaller tombstone is inscribed in its bottom with letter פ"נ (here is buried).
The inscription on the larger tombstone reads:
[איש ח]שוב מ' ר'
[???] בר נפתלי
[נפטר ?] אדר שני
The year 689

An important man, our teacher r.
??? son of r. Naftali
[Died on ?] of Second Adar
