20 Description

The capital is decorated in the center with an eagle with spread wings. On both sides of the eagle a band of ovoloi is seen. On the left hand there are two rosettes (one above the other), one of ten petales and the other of eight petals), betwwn the two rosettes there is a row of three fluts. A band of leaves is seen on the right side of the capital. On the capital's side relief of two ovoloi one above the other, between them a separating line.
