20 Description The round coronet is divided into two parts: a base and an upper part. The convexed base is decorated with three cartouches, seperated by leaves and bear a dedicatory inscription in square filled letters which reads:## Begins on the first medallion: "קהל הקדוש" "Holy congregation" Continues on the second medallion: "נדבת הילד שעשועים## מיכאל בכר המוכתר בכתר שם טוב## דניאל פיראנדיץ## דיאס יצ"ו )ישמרהו צורו וגואלו(" "Donation of the delighting child Michael Bechar the coronated in a Crown of good name, Daniel Pirandits Dias may his Rock and Redeemer protect him" Ends on the third medallion: "בשנת כה תברכו את בני ישראל )במדבר ו,כג(## לפ"ק )לפרט קטן(" "In the year "On this ye shall bless the children of Israel" (Num. 6:23) (1868)" The upper and lower bands of the base are decorated with a pattern of diagonal grooves. The upper part is decorated with motives of: The tablets of the covenants with the beginning of the ten commandments topped by a crown which bears the inscription: "כתר תורה" "Crown of Torah" with the Priestly Blessing (13635), and with the Harp of David (13661). The motives are seperated by foliate motives set symmetrically on either side of a flower topped by a conch. The wavy upper edges are decorated with semicircles and a trifoil alternatly. A bar with holes for the staves is attached across the lower part of the coronet.
