It is surmounted by an alternating trefoil and a flower with a coloured stone in its center. Six arms decorated with leaves and flowers, project from the flowers of the base and converge undeer the base of the crest. A ring repeating the pattern of the base connects the arms in the center.
The base of the crest repeats the alternating pattern of the middle section. Six smooth arms project from it and converge at the top under a dome. A bell hangs in the center of the upper tiers.
The apex is an open winged eagle who stands on the dome with a chain in its beak.
