36 Summary and Remarks
The gabbai says that such a Torah mantle is never used in the Torah arch because it as not convenient. In the arch the Torah scroll is covered with an inner Torah mantle and above a simpler Torah mantle. When the Torah is taken out of the arch, they put instead of the simple Torah mantle the more exclusiv one, which is described here. ##In the arch the Torah is with the back to the public. When the later is taken out of the arch, it is turened over and so it hasagain the back towards the public.
