The silver Torah shield is rectangular and is topped by a semi circular arch. A double headed eagle is in the center. It is located in a medallion framed by a solid line. A dedicatory inscription is located on the left side of the frame, from the top the square filled letters read: "יצחק כמהורר )כבוד מורנו הרב רבי( עזריאל סגל זצ"ל )זכר צדיק לברכה(" "Issac our honourable teacher, the Rabbi R. A'zriel Segel. the righteous of blessed memory." Two lions rampant regardant flank the medallion. A crown is located in the arch and surmounts the shield. It consists of a geometric and foliate motif. The folilate motif is identical to the branch which cups it. Two of its leaves blend in with the crown and to droop below it. A symmetrical foliate motif is located beneath the medallion. A palmette is located in the bottom corners. The frame consists of a dotted line and the edges are undulating.
