Art Alone

This text was prepared by Dagmara Budzioch:

No direct relation to the adjacent text. The illustration shows a crowded street with animals that are driven towards the Jerusalem temple. Three figures in the image hold basket filled with some goods and yet another hold a pitcher on her (?) head. Probably due to this detail, the printer decided to use the picture to illustrate the sections of the ninth chapter of the Book of Ester saying about gifts to the poor and sending portions to each other (Es. 9:22).
