20 Description A geometric panel is adjacent to the northern border of the medallions mosaic in the southernmost aisle of the synagogue. The panel is composed of intersecting circles forming four-petalled rosettes. Each circle is centered by a dot. The panel is framed by a plain strip.

The tesserae are made of limestone. They are laid in curved lines, forming the geometric pattern.
The average number of tesserae in 10cm2 is (10x10). Hues of yellow and pink are used, aside from the various hues of black and white.
