Fol. 69v:
The biblical text in the centre of the page is surrounded by the Massorah magna and parva, the Targum in the margin with Sefer ha-Gan commentary written in two circles above and below it, and on the three outer margins by Rashi's commentary. In the right margin the flow of Rashi's text is cut off at the center creating two columns ending in triangular shapes which apexes facing inward enclosing between them a micrographic depiction of a wheel whose spokes are composed of the flags of the letters Lamed written in the inner ring. The wheel is a condensed allusion to the wagons mentioned in the narrative of the adjacent text: “And they told him (Jacob) all Joseph’s words … and he saw the wagons which Joseph sent” (Gen. 45:27).
The top and bottom Massorah conclude on the left in a geometrical motif.
