Fol. 263, by Illuminator A: The initial word אכתיר) ..., Akhtir) opening the yozer of the morning service for the first day of Sukkot (Davidson 1924–1933, א 3301) is coloured in red and enclosed within an unframed blue panel. The panel is decorated with a cow followed by a tiger with an acanthus scroll tail, a lion, a bird's head and floral motifs. The letters are decorated with a dragon, animal heads and acanthus and floral scrolls, all in spared-ground technique.
