20 Description The geometric carpet is situated in the third intercolumnar space from the north between the nave and the western aisle. The carpet consists of a grid of squares arranged in two parallel rows. The of the outlines of the squares are composed of simple serrated fillets alternating with arrowheads. In the centre of each square is a small serrated square.

The density of tesserae per 10cm2 is uniform in design and background, 7x8-8x9.
The colours of the tesserae, besides white and black, are in one or two shades of, dark gray, light gray, light brown and ochre yellow.
