The tower shaped Torah finial consists of a shaft, a body and an apex. The shaft tapers towards the body. It is mounted over a round base composed of two rings. On its top the shaft is encircled by another ring.
The cylindrical body is mounted over a sliced, bowl-shaped, body base and divided into three floors. Each floor is decorated with round arches which are not coordinated and are painted green and red. The body is encircled by four bands which divide the floors on the bottom, middle and top of the body. A decoration of small vertically carved lines appears on the bands.
The finial terminates with an onion shaped apex decorated with petals.
