The portrait represents a large bald head. The surfaces of cheeks, of a forehead and of a strongly protruding back of the head are equally smooth. Rectangular ears attached to the head at right angles are jutting out. An elongated face with a square chin and the low rounded forehead represent a kind of lattice through which one can see a core of the head. Three pairs of short triangular horizontal ribs join a long aquiline nose with lateral sides. Two holes are made in the back of the head. They correspond to the the hollows of eyes in the front plane. Two metal "balls" are fastened in the core of the head to the upper surface. Against the background of the clear space they look like pupils of eyes. According to one's movement around the portrait they change a direction and an expression of a look.
